1. Agreement

By installing or using OpenRouter Widget (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

The App is a client application that helps you view OpenRouter account information such as credits, usage, and related analytics using OpenRouter’s official APIs, including the Management API, with a Management API key that you provide. The App may include Home Screen and system widgets. The App is not a hosted service that stores your Management API key on our servers and is not a trading, custody, or investment product. Usage and spend figures are for your information only.

3. API key, security, and your responsibilities

You provide a valid OpenRouter Management API key. The key is stored on your device using the platform secure storage (e.g. iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) as implemented by the App. The key is transmitted over HTTPS to OpenRouter’s services only, in line with OpenRouter’s documentation. You are responsible for the secrecy of your key, for using a key with appropriate least privilege, and for rotating or revoking it if you suspect compromise. A compromised or unlocked device may expose on-device secrets.

4. No RGBK backend for your key

OpenRouter Widget is designed so that the core function of connecting to your OpenRouter account does not require our servers to receive or store your Management API key. This marketing website may use optional analytics (e.g. PostHog) as described in our Privacy Policy; that is separate from the App’s connection to OpenRouter.

5. Third parties and OpenRouter

The App depends on OpenRouter’s services and terms. You must comply with OpenRouter’s terms, policies, and acceptable use when using your key and their APIs. openrouter.ai/docs has the current documentation. OpenRouter Widget is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenRouter. All OpenRouter names and marks belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers

• Data is shown for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. The App is provided “as-is” and “as available”.
• The App is not financial, tax, or legal advice. OpenRouter spend, credits, and activity are informational and may not match your internal accounting.
• OpenRouter service outages, rate limits, or API changes may affect the App’s features without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGBK Club and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or your reliance on any information displayed. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are posted (or as otherwise required in your region) means you accept the updated Terms.
